Upon receipt of your order, product(s) may be returned subject to the following:

a. Product(s) received were incomplete (e.g. missing products from order)

b. Product(s) received were the wrong product(s)

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN

Please ensure that all product(s) for return are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Send an email with the subject CLANZZ Product Return Request to cs@gmail.com stating the reason for the return and attach pictures of the incomplete/incorrect order and proof of purchase within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date you received the product(s). Any requests made after seven (7) days will not be entertained

 

Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message to 016-341 4311 stating the reason for the return and attach pictures of the incomplete/incorrect order and proof or purchase within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date you received the product(s). Any requests made after seven (7) days will not be entertained.

 

If upon inspection the returned merchandise satisfies our policy requirements, we will credit a full refund to your account OR exchange the returned product(s) with product(s) of equivalent value.
